The I Am Unstoppable Mentorship Program with Panther Lake Elementary in Federal Way, WA strives to create a platform for students to be heard; to fill in the gap that exists for Black students and their exposure to career, education and life experiences. We seek to fill that gap through these means: 

 

• Instill a sense of pride in oneself as individual self-confidence. Through interactive mentor sessions and activities

• Initiate conversations with students and educators to gain insight of needs

• Motivate students by giving them a front row seat to some of our community’s finest mentors and their immense skills and talents

• Inspire through meaningful and thoughtful content brought to the students through

• Cultivate a community of considerate, curious and compassionate scholars

• Through these general principles enhanced by observation and evaluation we intend to grow the program to impact more of our future leaders.
